New band playing live gigs in Coin...
Popular local rock band CoinBox are back on the scene after a well deserved break during July. To keep up with demand they have extended their repertoire and have played many new venues on the coast such as Shennanigans and Biddy Mulligans and further inland to Alora. A revamped website has been developed to keep all their regular followers up to date with the very latest gig info (www.coinboxlive.com).
The guys are very keen to be involved in the local community and were proud to be part of a charity fund raising event in aid of the Spanish and UK Cystic Fibrosis Associations and in the Autumn
will be playing for a Cudeca fundraiser.
Highly recommended, their best attributes are the professional approach they all have which produces a high quality sound and a fun loving attitude which most definitely shines through their performances, which are appreciated by both English and Spanish audiences of all ages.

From Independent Review
"So I noticed this ad for the rock band CoinBox, I’d seen their posters before but something always came up and prevented me from going along – but this time, I was free so I went. Boy was it worth it – all the hype that sometimes surrounds these bands turned out to be true. a great performance, very impressive. I didn’t think I’d see such a tight band here so far from my home back in London where good bands are ten a penny. Out here it’s not the same somehow – venues advertise “liveband” and all you get is a guy with a guitar singing to backing tracks – but not with CoinBox, what you see is what you get – a raunchy, solid, tight band with a flair for the unusual ( who else does The Eagles, Nickleback, Bob Segar and Phil Collins in the same set ?? ) – in short as is said elsewhere, they do exactly as they say on the tin. So, if you see a poster for CoinBox, check them out – they are well worth a view."
